I had a L4 L5 Spinal Fusion done at Presbyterian Hospital in Queens N.Y. My Surgeon was Dr. John Buza who did a fantastic spine surgery on me. My pcp referred me here and Dr.Buza and his team have been great. “My appointment was for 9:30am and I didn’t even get to sit before someone checked me in. With a cheerful Good Morning. 10 minutes after being checked in the Doctor’s assistant called me into the room. She introduced herself. She verified my information. Then Dr. Buza walked in and helped me with my paperwork. He didn’t rush me and he was very empathetic to my needs and wants. I enjoy coming to this location as well how convenient it is. "I was so impressed with the way the office efficiency at Dr. Buza’s office! I was greeted immediately when I entered the office and everyone was very professional and attentive!! I had absolutely no wait time whether I was waiting to be called to see Dr. Buza or to take X-rays on the second floor.
Dr. Buza made me feel like I was his only patient for the day. He was very relaxed and professional!! He answered all my 10 questions and even gave me more information I was not aware of. He also had me take certain photos of my X-rays for my own records. I would not have taken them without his suggestion. He also gave me possible scenarios of my future with the diagnosis I was given 3 years ago.
Dr. Buza offered to have me call him with any further concerns..
